SHIPPING + DELIVERY

  • Do you offer free shipping?

We offer complimentary standard shipping within Australia for orders over $100. For expedited delivery, complimentary express shipping is available on orders over $130.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. For detailed information on delivery times, please refer to the ‘Shipping’ rates table available on each product page.

  • When will I receive my orders?

Domestic (3-8 days). 

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 2–8 business days, while express shipping is also available for faster delivery.

International (2-3 weeks). 

International orders typically arrive within 10–28 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times may vary as orders are shipped from Australia.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Can I return my order and request a refund?

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit, provided they are in original, unused condition with packaging intact.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, we offer store credit only.

To request a return, email support@levesinet.com.au with your order number and email address. Returns must be pre-approved before being sent back.

Discounted items (purchased via sales or promo codes) are not eligible for refunds, but can be exchanged for a store voucher equal to the amount paid.

  • How long does it take to process a return?

Upon receipt of your return at our warehouse, please allow up to seven business days for processing. Store credit will be issued once the return has been reviewed and approved.


ORDER INQUIRIES

  • Can I cancel my order?

Please review your order carefully before placing it, as modifications cannot be made once submitted.

Cancellations can be requested within one hour of placing the order during our business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST/GMT). While we cannot guarantee cancellations, we will do our best to accommodate requests.

  • There's an item missing/damaged! My order is wrong.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. To assist us in resolving the issue, please complete our contact form with the following details: order number, photos of the items received, and a clear image of the packing slip with any initials visible.

Any damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 14 days of receipt. If required, we may request additional images of the damaged items. Please retain all items and packaging until you have been in contact with our team, as we will be unable to assist further if the items are discarded
