PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel. You can use this number to track your shipment and stay updated on its progress via the Australia Post website.
For international orders, once exported from Australia, parcels are transferred to your countries most reliable shipping service for final delivery. For the most detailed tracking updates, please check your same tracking number through your countries courier website directly.
